职位描述：
针对金融业务领域，快速理解业务场景和需求，共创合理解决方案；
负责或参与整体架构设计规划、复杂系统设计和核心功能开发；
参与关键系统和代码的CR；
技术版块上可负责若干领域，拥有多团队沟通协作和一定的日常项目管理能力。
   
职位要求：
1.计算机软件或相关专业，技术基础扎实，熟练理解IO/NIO、多线程、反射、网络等知识点，对JVM原理有一定认识；
2.3年及以上使用JAVA开发的经验，熟悉常用开源框架SpringBoot,mybatis,Dubbo,MQ,Netty的使用和原理；
3.熟悉微服务架构的设计和应用，熟悉分布式原理、缓存、消息、分库分表等机制，熟悉模型设计与SQL调优；
4.有大数据NOSQL经验，熟悉Hadoop/HBase/Hive等原理和使用者优先，有金融行业研发经验者优先；
5.有风控、营销、数据分析等领域知识优先；
6.学习能力强，适应能力好，有一定抗压能力，具备耐心/细心/皮实的品质；关注及尝试最新的技术，追求优雅的编码，从技术趋势和思路上能影响团队。
