招聘文本：
岗位职责：

1.保险行业分析，风险控制，防灾防损，与技术、风控、市场、运营等部门紧密结合，为相关产品设计提供支持；

2.构建保险（安责险）业务线条的产品体系，制定基于市场的保险核保方案，并向开发提出产品需求，并保证落地实施；

3.市场信息搜集和数据统计分析；

4.协助部门领导进行方案拟定、标书撰写、跨部门协作沟通等；

5.定期进行产品的更新迭代；

6.从技术层面协助市场人员开展产品线上、线下推广工作；

7.完成公司领导及上级领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求:
1、统招本科及以上学历，需具备以下专业：保险、保险工程、精算、统计等或与风险管理相关专业；

2、具备优秀的沟通表达能力、良好的工作规划和行业分析能力、缜密的逻辑思维能力和扎实的文字功底；

3、为人认真踏实，工作认真细致，具备较强的责任心和团队协作精神。
