11月11日，城固二中校长蒋茂热情接待了西安工业大学材化学院党委书记惠增哲教授和副院长陈卫星教授。惠书记与陈副院长共同将一面“西安工业大学优秀生源基地”匾牌和一份《喜报》送到蒋校长手中。近年来，城固二中快速发展，教育教学质量不断提升，2018年、2019年连续两年被汉中市人民政府命名为“提高教育质量优秀学校”，为西安工业大学输送了大批优秀生源。2019年，城固二中共有13名优秀高中毕业生被西安工业大学录取。西安工业大学将城固二中命名为“优秀生源基地”，将搭建一个选拔、输送和共同培养优秀学生的平台，为双方的共同发展提供新的动力。经协商，西安工业大学将利用其教育教学等资源优势，在教育教学和学校管理等方面为城固二中提供咨询和指导服务，并积极开展学术讲座和文化、艺术、体育交流等活动，为城固二中的学生提供高考招生录取解读、专业介绍和志愿填报咨询指导等服务，促进两校的合作与发展。
被命名为“西安工业大学优秀生源基地”，是我校开放办学、特色办学的又一硕果。这将进一步加强与高校的交流与合作，有利于建立与高校友好合作的长效机制，大力促进学校发展。文字：李红军图片：李红军审核：李小兰
西安工业大学简介
西安工业大学（Xi’an Technological University）简称“西安工大”，位于世界历史名城古都西安，是中国西北地区唯一一所以兵工为特色，多学科协调发展的教学研究型大学。原中华人民共和国兵器工业部直属的七所本科院校之一（“兵工七子”），由国家国防科技工业局、中国兵器工业集团、中国兵器装备集团与陕西省政府共建。是中国兵器协同创新联盟单位、陕西省省属高水平大学、教育部“卓越工程师教育培养计划”试点高校、国家级大学生创新创业训练计划实施高校、教育部“新工科研究与实践项目（卓越工程师教育培养计划2.0）”入选高校、陕西省大学生创新能力培养综合改革试点学校。学校是国家二级保密资格单位，是一所以"军民结合，寓军于民"的国防科研高校，CDIO工程教育联盟成员单位。学校创建于1955年，前身为西安第二工业学校，是国家“一五计划”156个重点建设项目的军工配套项目，具有鲜明的军工特色。
