具体职位：
    1. 研发工程师JAVA
    2. 研发工程师C/C++

岗位描述：
    1. 负责算法工程平台的架构设计和开发，为多样化的业务构建高效的智能化解决方案；
    2. 负责算法数据平台产品相关的架构设计和相关的工具引擎研发，为用户提供更智能的服务；   
    3. 负责算法平台底层分布式训练，资源调度等基础设施的设计和开发，提升处理规模能力，保障系统稳定性；
    4. 负责收集及提炼有价值的用户需求，追踪和定位各个模块运行状况的和问题，持续改进并提升各个模块的能力；

岗位要求：
    1. 熟悉或精通java/c++/python其中一门编程语言,有较强的编程能力；
    2. 具备扎实的计算机基础能力（数据结构、操作系统，计算机网络）；   
    3. 热爱编程，对技术充满热情，并具有较好的团队协作精神和一定沟通合作的能力；
    4. 对岗位描述中一项或多项工作感兴趣，具有较强的责任心参与系统的设计开发；

加分项：
    1.  有相关的实习经验或项目经历
    2. 了解分布式系统熟悉分布式存储、缓存、消息、搜索等机制者优先；
    3. 了解大数据平台熟悉Hadoop、HBase、Storm、Kafka、ES等大数据平台者优先；
    4. 了解图像和视频处理相关技术，了解机器学习、深度学习框架，并有相关学习与开发经验；
