中科院自动化所类脑中心智能机器人处理器团队，核心成员，近10年来一直致力于数字信号处理器及通用处理器的研发，研发成功了多款数字信号处理器。经过多年的技术积累及人才储备，本团队自2008年起开始采用全正向的设计方法，承担了多个国家重大数字信号处理器项目的研发工作，并取得了优异的成果。经过10余年的技术积累，建立了完善的处理器设计技术平台及软硬件验证平台，积累了实现超标量、VLIW体系结构及C64X+、TigerSHARC、RISC-V多种指令集架构的丰富经验，掌握了设计超大规模SoC、高性能计算部件及高速接口等技术，形成了一批性能优越、质量可靠的处理器产品。         
                    
一．处理器/SoC设计工程师         
职责描述：         
1.负责处理器/SoC中部分模组/IP的设计工作；         
2.负责基于常用总线系统的SoC设计工作；         
3.参与处理器架构的优化工作。         
                     
任职要求：         
1.计算机、微电子、电子工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；            
2.熟悉verilog/SystemVerilog硬件描述语言；            
3.熟悉计算机体系结构；         
4.了解综合、时序分析等基本知识；            
5.有CPU/GPU/DSP/MCU或类似处理器的设计开发经验，有流片经验尤佳；            
6.有较强的自学能力，较强的动手能力，良好的团队协作精神。         
                     
                     
二．IC前端（数字）验证工程师         
职责描述：         
1.根据IP/SoC规范，可独立撰写完整的IP级和SoC级验证计划；         
2.负责IP级验证环境搭建，能进行定向验证、随机性验证和回归验证；         
3.参与基于UVM的系统验证工作，编写测试激励，完成系统级验证；         
4.参与FPGA系统验证工作。         
                    
任职要求：         
1. 计算机、电子工程或微电子等专业，本科及以上学历；         
2.熟悉IP/SoC级验证计划的撰写；         
3.熟悉Verilog/System Verilog/C/C++；         
4.熟悉UVM验证方法学；         
5.具有芯片流片经验者优先；         
6.具有团队精神，责任感，积极主动，沟通能力强。         
                     
三．工具链开发工程师         
职责描述：         
1.从事开发并维护芯片的工具链，编制基本算法库；         
2.基于GCC/LLVM的处理器指令功能性添加、性能性优化工作；         
3.基于Eclipse的工具链集成与维护；         
4.辅助芯片指令集架构的设计与优化工作。         
                    
                    
任职要求：         
1.计算机、电子工程或微电子等专业，本科及以上学历；         
2.熟悉GCC/LLVM/OpenGCD等工具的开发与使用；         
3.熟悉Eclipse的工具链的集成与维护；         
4.熟悉计算机体系结构；         
5.熟悉RISC-V架构及其工具链者优先；         
6.有相关工作经验者优先；         
7.有良好的团队协作精神。         
                    
四、嵌入式软件开发工程师         
职责描述：               
1、负责与客户沟通，了解客户应用需求；            
2、负责嵌入式系统的软硬件开发、调试工作；            
3、根据客户需求给出解决方案，负责系统实现、调试。            
                        
岗位要求               
1、计算机、微电子、电子工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；            
2、熟悉ADI或TI公司的DSP，或ARM系列产品，曾使用上述处理器进行嵌入式软件开发，有相关工作经验者优先；            
3、熟悉Xilinx或Altera FPAGs，熟悉FPGA开发流程，能够开发与维护FPAG系统，有相关工作经验者优先；            
4、掌握C/C++设计语言，熟悉汇编程序；              
5、具备计算机体系结构知识者尤佳；            
6、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及社交技巧；            
7、有较强的自学能力，较强的动手能力，良好的团队协作精神。
